Bird Ringing / Banding Groups and Locations

	The Bird Banders of North East NSW	The Bird Banders of North East New South Wales, Australia was formed to allow bird researchers to share their knowledge and skills. One of the aims of the group is to form a number of co-operative banding stations to enable banders to assist each other on projects.
		Dartford Ringing Group is a collection of amateur ringers (banders) using ringing as a tool to study the population dynamics and migration strategies of birds at several sites in the southeast of England.

		Whimbrel Satellite Tracking A Joint Project between English Nature, Huddleston & Jackson Bird Ringing Partnership and Wheatear.biz. The Project has also been assisted by help from the British Trust for Ornithology (BTO) and Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.

		African Bird Club aims to provide a worldwide focus for African ornithology and encourage an interest in the conservation of the birds of the region.
		The Chalk & Hawks Project is a non-profit making organisation working with local people to help conserve Dorset's wildlife, especially birds of prey such as Barn Owls and Kestrels.
		Filey Brigg Ornithological Group based at the Filey Brigg Bird Observatory on the Yorkshire Coast between Bridlington and Scarborough. Site contains observatory information and sightings.

		British Trust for Ornithology has existed since 1933 as an independent, scientific research trust, investigating the populations, movements and ecology of wild birds in the British Isles.
